No scarf

It arrived without scarf 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I mainly bought it because the scarf makes it different from other coats but at end it came with no scarf.

love this I’m 5’5” and 130lbs. Small chested. I would recommend sizing down 1/2 or one whole size

No Scarf

The coat arrived in a timely manner, but it arrived WITHOUT the scarf. I am highly disappointed about that. I called customer service and a replacement order is being processed. It is a huge inconvenience to have to go tetirn the coat. I read the reviews before I purchased the court, and another person also said they did not receive the scarf with the coat. I took a chance and the same thing happened to me. Macy's should train whoever is packing the orders for accuracy before shipping

Will not let you down

I purchased this coat due to old wool coat had played out, however while searching for the right coat I saw her a said this is what I want and needed. The coat fits perfectly length, quality, heaviness,is great, I wasn’t disappointed. Ms. Karan never stop what you love, I’m not sure if she’s still with us or not, however great brand, very well thought out design. Thank you Signed Very Pleased with this purchase!!!❤️
