Unexpected color
I had my eye on the black leather but ordered the Donna Karan Bridgehampton bag in Dark Fig which was marked down. Thought the color would be a rich dark purple with a little burgundy like the photo but it turned out to be a confusing dark brown with a bit of purple undertone. The size, quality and fit are fantastic as other reviewers have posted. The bag is lightweight with gorgeous hardware and truly works on my 5' 6" frame but I am on the fence about the color...
Ridiculously slow shipping
I ordered this item Nov. 8. No one at Macy's or its supplier could get around to actually printing a UPS label until Nov. 12. Then they sat on the label for days until late on Nov. 15 when they finally bothered to actually send it to UPS. It's not supposed to arrive (if it ever does since the tracking has only shown as "in transit" for days) until Nov. 22. Macy's outsourced customer service was worthless when I called to ask why they hadn't shipped it. My guess is that Macy's and it's suppliers are selling items they don't actually have on hand. Pony Express could have gotten it here faster 120 years ago.
Never received and nothing was done
I never even received it. Called and they kept pushing the date back to where I bought it almost a month ago and nothing. Honestly the worst customer service.

Beautiful leather bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bag! It’s bigger than I normally carry, so I wasn’t sure I’d like it. It’s perfect! I can carry: wallet, glasses, shades, a few lip products, hand sanitizer, keys, phone, papers/receipts, and even my iPad ! The leather is divine. I was worried that the compartments don’t all zip, but no issues. I’m 6’ tall, and the strap is long enough to carry crossbody style. Only minor issues is I wish there was a short handle to grab when I step out of the car. Really minor though. I’ve carried it for a few weeks, not a scratch or scuff anywhere. Amazing.

Sleek and Classy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks Influenster and Donna Karen for this opportunity. This is my new fall bag. It’s sleek, classy and buttery soft. The gold hardware is high end. I love that it has three sections and the middle is zippered. You can wear it crossbody or on your shoulder. I was able to fit my 10in iPad, wallet, phone, make up and eye glass case with out it bulging. You can use this bag during the day and night, it’s very versatile. It also comes with a dust bag for storage.
