Not getting what you ordered ever.

Well, I ordered it on 1/22/25, but I still don't have it. I had to call twice for them to send it again. So unfortunately, I can't really review something I don't have. Probably won't ever buy something from Macy's again. Not worth the hassle or trouble.

Classy bag

This handbag is beautiful. I ordered the zinc color which is a light grey. It is a perfect size to fit wallet, cellphone and small make up bag.

Too stiff

It took too long to get delivered to me. And when I finally got it this bag is so hard and stiff . I. Couldn’t even get my hand in it let along put my stuff in it. They need to make it out of a softer material . Especially for the price of it. Unfortantly I have to send it back.
