Nice sandal but bad feet

Nice sandal. But with my bad feet, the strap on the back where it joins the sole, "pinched" the pronounced "head" of the metatarsal bone on the outside of my feet. So I had to return them. Also, the sandal is not adjustable like my wife thought it was from her looking at the picture.

i didn’t went to the Macy’s to pick up

December 30 2024 I received the email that I picked up my order and i never went to pick up my order after receiving email i went to the macy and they told me to call customer service and I did call the customer service and they said they will refund but I still didn’t receive the refund i wish I can give them 0 star

sandals are not leather, all manmade junk,you would think Macy's would be more honest about what they are saleing I will reture sandals tomorrow,what a waste of my time and money.

Comfortable slippers

Comfortable for everyday use and usage, my one caveat the material in the sole completely wore out just after 3 months making them look like they are many years old
