Poor quality for a cheap proce.

First flight with this luggage one of the wheels broke and I ended up dragging the bag wearing the wheel and the bracket that held it down. These bags can't hold much weight and the wheels fail after a short time of use.

had to return, luggage was very flimsy, edges were only cardboard.

Dissatisfied

The price point was good. The workmanship was terrible. The fabric was not seamed tight. It was loose in various areas. Really surprised that it past inspection since it was very evident. I should of taken pictures.

cheap quality luggage

cheap quality I don't like 😞 it's come late and the zip is not stich nicely first and last time I buy this brand no more when I zip up the luggage the zip was take off

luggage had wear and tear

The luggage was purchased but very cheap and easily perishable. Docker's has a three year warranty and i would like a replacement on this item. It was damaged upon opening.

Poorly made with low quality materials

If I could have given it zero stars I would have. We used the largest piece of this set twice. The first time the wheel bent underneath forcing us to use it as a 2-wheeler luggage and the 2nd time the outer packet ripped off when it came off the conveyor belt. It is poorly made and the fabric quality is no thicker than a sweater. Do not buy this product if you can avoid it. The manufacturer will not stand behind their product either. They advised that we “misused” the product. So unless you plan on just keeping it to look at, the manufacturer will tell you the warranty won’t cover any damage due to its terrible quality.
