Weird Waistline

This dress should be perfect. It is well-made, looks classic and it uses quality fabric. To my taste, the designer did not choose whether to make it an empire dress or whether to have the break in fabric occur at the waist. This makes the dress look oddly short-waisted on me. Concerning the sizing: I am 5'8 and 127 lbs. My perfect size was xs.

Not a fan

Awful. Not flattering. Midsection was sewn uneven and tighter than it looks. The material is not easy flowing. I have never been so disappointed.
