I WAS SEND USED SANDALS

The sandals are really cute purchase but i never uses them just open the box look at them and that is it!!! When i was ready to use them they were all dirty from the bottom and they clearly looked used i am so upset with my self i wish i would off took them out the box !!!

Worn damaged shoes

I purchased a pair of this Dkny shoes in black which was delivered to me last Tuesday,I was so anxious to receive the shoes and couldn't wait until I get home to open..when I open I got a big surprise, the shoes was worn and the tip on the shoes turns in a different direction. The shoe was not in a shoe box but in a plastic bag inside a delivery box full of brown papers.I was so upset,and what upset me more when I call customer service, no supervisor to speak to.i took time from my job and took it into one of maceys store and still couldn't find a supervisor to speak to, what ashamed, and u know what I did apply star money to my purchased and the have the nerve to deducted money from my star money when is there fault and the stores and warehouse negligence..Shame on you again Maceys..I refused to pay your return fees, because most of the time it's coming from your employee, so why you want us to pay return fee.thats no good.

Very pretty and comfortable but fragile

Very comfortable but fragile I wore it to dinner and walked for a little bit when I got home I realized that the bottom part of the heal was coming off already and twisted. I might return it.

BEST heels ever!

I need them to come out in more colors! Pastel colors! Or even a wine color. These are soooo comfortable to walk around for a long period of time. Leather feels very soft too

Soft and Comfy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These sandals are super cute and comfortable. The wide band in the front isn’t too tight and it doesn’t chafe. There is a tiny bit of padding on the bed of the shoe that helps as well. The kitten heel is super cute. I am not a high heel person but I needed to look a little dressy this past weekend so these were perfect. The material is a faux leather but it doesn’t make your foot sweaty or slick.
