Nice but poorly sewn belt hooks.

Overall nice jacket. Only problem is the belt slots broke the first time I wore the jacket. Now, I have to pay to have them put back on.

Beautiful Coat

Absolutely love this coat. Although it is heavy, it is very comfortable and super flattering. Fits perfectly. I am always cold, but hate the way many coats and jackets feel confining. Not this one. I am even able to wear it indoors at drafty restaurants for the entire evening.

I LOVE this coat. I usually wear small but bought and extra small and it fits perfectly. I live where Winters are super cold. It keeps me toasty warm and looks elegant!!

Pilled after first use

Really horrible quality. Pilled terribly after first use. I tried to return as damaged but was unable to. Terrible customer service too. Been shopping at Macy's for 40 years and after this experience I am done. Good luck staying in business another 100 years. One fewer customer here.

My Favorite Coat

This is a coat of the highest quality. It’s lovely and very elegant. The weight is moderately heavy but not too much, keeps me warm in the coldest of weather. There is nothing I do not love about this coat. My all time favorite coat of my life.

Was not crazy about the color and returned it. Made very well though and very nice.
