Different than pictured

To me, the leggings look like they’d have a smooth finish on the outside. They do not. You can see all the knitting, almost like a ribbed pair of leggings. I’m 5’2, about 130lbs, size 27 and bought a M. They are VERY high waisted and go to my ribcage and are a little loose in the legs. If I got a S, they’d be too small in the waist, but would fit better in the legs. I hold more weight in my waist than my legs.
