different color

i got neon orange instead of pink. they should have indicated the correct color

Color doesn’t look the same on line as live

The color looks pink here but I received it and it is more orange !!!!

Consider purchasing a size down

I purchased the hoodie after my best friend's recommendation. Very soft and comfortable. I would definitely recommend going a size down. I'm 5'6 and 126 lb. size XS fits very well.

Just a regular sweat jacket

When I finally received this the top it wasn’t the quality I expected, ran very small and short, and had clearly been worn. The first delivery Macy’s sent a pair of Northface sweatpants instead of this top. 3 phone calls over 4 days and more than an hour to straighten things out. Customer service was absolutely awful and didn’t do anything that they said they would. Forget the customer service survey at the end, they disconnected me instead. So very disappointed.

Do not buy the pink

I bought the knockout pink and loved the color, feel, and the softness. It is a nice cozy warm. Where it fails is when I washed it on cold. It faded so badly that any thing that had white on it turned pink. It ruined all of them. I even soaked the ruined items for over 24 hours and still could not get them back to white.
