Poor shipping on expensive items
Got great deal on this beautiful handbag, only to have it ruined by them shipping the product in a flimsy mailing wrapper. My delivery was shoved into my mailbox permanently creasing the bag. To make matters worse, the discounted bag is final sale and cant be returned, even when damaged by their shipping process. For such a fine product you think they would take better care shipping customers purchase ls to them. Use a box next time! What a careless ignorant company! :(

Nice bag but not amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Scarlett TZ Shoulder Bag in Garnet. At first glance, this is a really cute bag. It looks nice from a distance. That dissipates, however, upon opening it. There's no lining! I was shocked that a pricey bag like this has no lining. The leather on the inside is smooth, and there is one pocket sewn into it, but really. It makes the purse feel cheap and flimsy. The strap is a nice length and the zipper works well. It fits a wallet, keys, and compact easily, but if you want to add anything more than that, like a makeup bag or sunglasses, the purse looks bulky and overstuffed. It's more of a bag I will use for one-night outings; it will not replace my daily go-to purse.
