Beautiful color and perfect size

I got this bag after the price dropped and it’s worth it. I was looking for a chic, cute and good size weekend bag/sleep over bag. This DKNY was it. I love the color, the compartment inside and the side pocket that you can attach on top of a suitcase.

Luggage

Missing piece of lluggage set that they said was de!livered. Contacted customer service that assured me the item would be replaced. Instead I received a duplicate of the largest piece of luggage. The order is still incorrect. Worst experience ever. And I still am missing the duffle with a huge package I don't want. So much for purchasing a set of luggage. Now what do I do? Want the entire set or they can all be returned.

color difference

The ash bag shown in the picture is entirely different from how it looks in reality. In the picture it’s a rusted mauve color maybe and in real it’s actually grey. Very disappointed
