Color not as wxpected

Color is not at all as pictured. Ordered the navy blue and received a very dark, almost black colored. Shoulders are also very point and the fit is uncomfortable

DKNY Mens Modern-Fit Nested Suit

DKNY Mens Modern-Fit Nested Suit came on time but I was sent the wrong size for the jacket. Made a similar purchase in the store two days prior and it was pefect. Same size was ordered on line and the jacket was of by 1.5 size smaller. Contacted the CS and was told to bring in to the store for a refund or exchange. When I got to the store, was told that there is no exchange option is avalible even though a similar suits has been on display. Got money back but this is not the point. I really like the suit if I can get in in my size. No one at the store really care to find or replace the right sized jacket for me.

Fantastic suit, great price.

The suit is fantastic, great quality - awesome price. The modern fit just didn’t work with my wearer’s build so we had to return.

Paying extra to have it expedited

Paying for faster delivery is a fraud-I paid extra to have it shipped earlier as I need it for an event. I was gyped as the product sits in processing and has not been sent. Don't trust Macy's to do what they suggest or pay them more for a service as it appears they just take your $ and then do nothing. Lost my trust
