Extremely hard to put on

These shoes while cute and reasonably priced are Extremely hard to put on. Thus, one would opt for not using and instead putting on an easier shoe. Very disappointing design. Takes a few minutes to get on and/or breaking nails to do so.

Sold as Little AND Big Girls

12 yr old wears size 5 Big Girl, how do l select SIZE 5 BIG girls? Other stores show sizes 5 BG and 5LG. That's why other reviews received the wrong size! Please print the size and details. Some children's shoes are also sold as Toddler, Little Kid, Big Kid if so, you would need 3 sizes to choose from. Thank you!
