Rusted Metal Chainstrap

The chain for the strap broke within less than a week. The metal was completely rusted and gross. The bag didn't even come with a duster bag.

could be better

These clear bags are pricey but you get what you pay for among the choices. This well priced option is cute and has smart embellishments but overall has poor finishes. The unprotected edges are rough and I was concerned that my skin would get roughed up reaching into the bag. The top handle is a bit clumsy due to crowding where the shoulder strap also attaches. The limited space hampers free rotation of the strap links. The snap in pouch requires two hands to snap back on. I opted for another type clear bag, albeit more expensive it has nicer finishes.

Poor packaging

Love my bag love everything dkny no dust bag shame on you Macy for removing it & acting like they don't come with dust bags
