Defective buckle

I loved this jacket but I wore it one time and the prong on the buckle broke off so it's useless now

Clasp fell off on one side so it’s unwearable now.

Not user friendly!

The clasp was not user friendly …I couldn’t open to try it on …so not wanting to damage it I returned it
