Macy's hired the bad CS staff and bad ups shipping

I purchased at Macy's many times because I trust their products, but the ups shipping that they work with is very bad about delivering , that guy always delivered to the wrong address , I chat to CS, but that guy, Prajeesh has no responsibility , I don't work with ups .Why don't you, Macy's solve the problems to ups for me ? Repeat many times , All of my package , ups almost delivers to the wrong address .
