3rd Party Seller

Description is fine but the wrong item was sent and Macy’s can’t help with a replacement. Have not been able to reach anyone through the third party. Really disappointed!

Delayed Delivery

I have yet to receive my order for the earrings as it was a storm and may have delayed delivery. I may come back to review, if I remember to since it's been so long. I ordered them on March 9th and it is now March 19th.

Want refund

I have not received this item. I have made several attempts to find out the status, and have had no response. Idid not know that I was purchasing through a 3rd party company. This package has been held in New Jersey since February 24,2025 under Package Acceptance Pending. The earrings were for a March 7th birthday that has passed and I want a full refund asap.
