Don’t order because it won’t arrive

I ordered that bracelet off of the macys website but it hasn’t been delivered yet after having a delivery date of the 19th of this month after I ordered it on the 11th. It still says in transit and had been returned to sender for some reason? I would like to review the bracelet but I don’t even have it and I contacted macys customer service and they basically said there’s nothing they can do when all I wanted was my package I am very disappointed and I don’t think I will be ordering from macys website again.
