Adorable and Soft

it's adorable.. cute and soft. if I had known beforehand, I would have bought more as stocking stuffers.. w last act, you don't want to get stuck w it once delivered at home.. why is it when it's delivered, Last Act item, the customer is stuck with it. If it was purchased AT the store, you have a DAY TO RETURN IT. kinda backwards isn't it Macy's? you're in the store, you see the item in person. the delivered last act items should give the customer a DAY TO RETURN IT TOO ONE HAS NO IDEA WHAT THE QUALITY WILL BE TILL DELIVERED. JUST SAYING MACYS.. IF YOU WANT TO REMAIN OPEN AND PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would recommend the product, I would NOT RECOMMEND MACYS CUSTOMER SERVICE last act policy for delivery.
