It’s could have been better put together

A great toy for a little boy but he was very upset when the hatch would not stay closed and every part keeps falling off. He received this for his birthday/ Christmas gift and it hurts us to see him cry with frustration because he absolutely loves everything Buzz Lightyear

Worse expensive toy ever!!!

Doesn’t stay closed and falls apart! My 6 year old is good with toys and he got really frustrated with it. He can’t even play with it without opening by itself!

Disappointed - Twice!!

Bought first one last week. My grandson loved it, but got upset when the cockpit area wouldn't stay closed even for a second and the wing kept falling off. Thought we got a defective one. Ordered again and the same thing: Cockpit won't stay closed and the wing that was not assembled keeps falling off. Sadly, had to return both products. What a disappointment for a 4 year old. Where is Quality Control on this item?

Desperate for the projectiles!

My boys lovvvve this ship! We eventually realized we threw out the missal projectiles and I can’t find replacements! The plastic nuts that held the ship to the the packaging seem to be the same color and I think my husband must’ve tossed the little projectiles by accident. Really, really hoping to be able to get teplacejts. Please help!

Manufacturing Failure

My son used his birthday money to purchase this toy. Got home and found the wing that is primarily attached in packaging was not screwed in at all and the middle launch button does not work.
