DISAPPOINTED!!!

It came broken. Was very disappointed. I have read reviews where customers complain about breakable items coming to them broken. Should have listened. Furthermore, the mug was a gift. Spoke to customer service and they said that if i reorder it wasn't a guarantee that it wouldn't come back again broken.
