Other occasion to buy:Ordered 2 & 1 was broken. Made the return & they shipped new one & it was also damaged. I believe these are to fragile for shipping! She very disappointed

Macys - the gift of chaos that keeps on giving

I not only never got it the first time and had to wait on hold 25 min for customer service in order to explain this, but never got the replacement either. So now I have the additional gift of having to call AGAIN. Macys is the first that keeps giving. I moved, gave them my new address, for 8 months they sent bills to the old and charged me 8 months of finance charges. Talk about going downhill. Would that they cared as much about getting the product to their customers and careful documentation as they do about hurriedly attaching finance fees.
