Not a good deal for the money and for Premature babies even though she is 5lbs and 19"! Do not buy

We were recently in an accident that totaled our car. Thankfully our son was in this car seat, and it kept him from being harmed. We will definitely be buying another.

Exactly What We Needed for Our Almost Toddler

Our son is rapidly outgrowing his infant car seat, and since he's our third, we're well versed in what seat to get next. We love this car seat. It has a gorgeous color, which I know isn't the most important, but we have a new car so it matters to us. We love the padding, and that he will finally have holders for drinks and snacks. It's easy to install rear facing, which we will be doing for at least another year, and we can eventually flip it forward facing. It's easy to disassemble and clean, which is crucial for this age group. Plus, with the way he grows so fast, we're happy that he will grow and still be able to use this seat.

Decent Car Seat But Not Great

We transitioned our son to the Safety 1st Grow and Go All-in-One Convertible Car Seat. Overall, I would give the car seat 3.5 star and am hesitant to recommend the car seat to other families. Our son is not old enough to be forward facing so the product review is based on using the car seat backward facing. Packaging – the car seat arrives in a very large box (great for munchkins to play inside!). Oddly, our car seat did not have any plastic wrap around it which seems risky in winter weather. Installation – installation of the Safety 1st Safety 1st Grow and Go All-in-One Convertible Car Seat is not my favorite. For backward facing, the seatbelt goes through a lower part of the car seat. The path is marked on the car seat (as well as instructions in the manual). It was challenging to put the seat belt through the car seat by myself because you have to reach with your second hand to pull the strap through all the way to the other side. Unfortunately, when I got the seat belt secured, the car seat it still wiggled easily which is not acceptable from a safety perspective. I had to ask my husband to help tighten the seat belt tighter. This is significant to me because I want be able to easily move the car seat between cars (or clean it) without needing assistance. Features – the Safety 1st Grow and Go All-in-One Convertible Car Seat offers backward, forward facing and booster seating options for a growing child. We have only tried the backward facing option. There is a nice pillowy insert that our son can rest his head against or we can take out for more space. The harness straps are a standard material. The harness can easily be loosened by a lever like button that is nicely covered by fabric (stays clean!). Because this the booster part of the car seat can accommodate a child up 40-100lbs, there is a lot of extra cord when using the seat for a small child. Stops working after a few months

It started off great. But after a few months the straps will not tighten. I have contacted the company and hope to get a response soon but I have had to switch to a Britax because I do not feel like me child (20 months, 23 lbs) is safe.

Great car seat, would buy again

Loved everything about this car seat. Perk was the double cup holder.

Great car seat if you only need one

I got this car seat because it says it fit 2 side by side comfortably. But not the case. I would totally recommend if you had third row seating or just the one seat.
