Fabric tears

I bought this product 8 months ago and After I washed the car seat cover fabric I surprised it has been ripped off, pictures describe more

Not a good deal for the money and for Premature babies even though she is 5lbs and 19"! Do not buy

Amazing

We were recently in an accident that totaled our car. Thankfully our son was in this car seat, and it kept him from being harmed. We will definitely be buying another.

I love how spacious it is!

This is definitely my favorite car seat. It is spacious, not bulky or heavy, and really easy to install.

Good but poor equipment parts

We purchased this for our daughter and at the beginning had no issues. About 6 months later the strap to tighten down all the straps gets caught and doesn't want to move past a certain area. Her chest clip doesn't want to latch or stay latched which is a huge concern for me whenever I put her in the car. I contacted customer service and have never heard back. It's been a year since I contacted them and still no response and now I'm worried I won't be able to get a replacement one

Not worth it money

I have bought 2 of these carseats. The first one was for my oldest daughter. We had it about a year and the recline button broke on it. I figured maybe it was just defective or something happened to it, we purchased her a new seat. The second seat we bought was for our youngest. We originaly had it rare facing and set at a recline. Once it was time to forward face and adjust the recline, we had the same issue. The recline button was broken. We are now having to dish out even more money for a new carseat. Both carseats were installed and never taken out of the car or moved into another seat. Never mind the fact that it's a pain to install. Total waste of money.

Comfortable seat with all the safety features.

Overall I enjoyed this car seat, but it wasn't the easiest to install. I love that it's adjustable. I was able to make it rear facing for my 13 month old and front facing for my three year old. It easily converted and both kids were comfortable in the seat. There are a lot of cushions which I could tell they liked! No complaints on a 3 hour car drive means it passes the comfort test from my kids! The latch system works for install. Weird that you have to route the strap through different ways if it's front or rear facing but it wasn't hard to do at all. But it's definitely not the easiest install I've ever done. It's also relatively lightweight compared to other models I have which would be nice for travel. Other than it being lightweight and comfortable for the kids, my favorite feature is the little clips on the side to put the straps in before I put my kid in. Keeps it so they don't sit on the straps Ans makes putting the kids in and out much easier! Definitely my favorite thing. I didn't love that the level is just a line I had to eyeball. My kids are older so I wasn't super worried about it as I can usually tell if it's flat enough, but if I hadn't s baby in a car seat the last three years I wouldn't be confident it was installed correctly. Thanks to stellar testing panel for the car seat!

Terrible rattle

This car seat rattle so terrible. The adjustable rods is what i think does the rattling for ther head rest. I don't know how to make it stop. Im tempted to buy a new car seat after just a year of having this.
