Miss leading. Does not work the way described.

this item does not work. The bread gets slightly toast and the D nor the mouse image is not visible on the toast. I wouldn't recommend this product

Terrible disappointment

This toaster is a joke. Very lightweight, cheaply made. Doesn’t toast evenly, burns toast on #3 setting. Not to mention, the stamping of Mickey Mouse and “D” doesn’t even begin to work on stamping that on the toast. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS INCREDIBLY, CHEAPLY MADE TOASTER. You would certainly think that Disney putting their name on a product would have inspected this one more thoroughly. Very disappointing.

Don't waste your time.

Ordered on December 6. 2023. I called twice to find out where my Disney toaster was and wanted to know when it was arriving. Each time I was told it was on its way . On December 20th I was told it was not available. When I ordered the toaster it said the toaster was in stock. Macy's customer service was terrible. They are not honest and just tell you what they think you want to hear.

Packaging horrible

The box was almost destroyed. Cut clean thru on 2 sides. The inner packaging was horrible as well. It was a gift and no time to replace it so I took it out of the box to give it in a gift basket. I hope it works.

Too cool works great

I'm not really sure why this is getting bad reviews. I was more than impressed with the presentation. Looks even better in person. It's almost holographic on the outside with the colors and literally is the coolest thing that it perfectly transferred the pattern I thought that it toasted it on but it actually does not toast it quite as much in that area. Super cool. Bought it as a gift. Both of us are wowed It does have a smell. Not sure if that goes away, but that's pretty normal on new appliances like that. You usually have to run them for a little while to get rid of that, but with nothing in there. Read the instructions. It says important read instructions
