Poor quality and poor service

My son received this as a Christmas gift. A piece of the set was warped, so while we were able to put it together, the marble couldn’t successful run through. I reached out to customer service for a replacement and wasn’t helped since I was outside of the 30 day window.

Don’t buy unless you want wrong item

I purchased this from macys and the company it’s from sent me 2 of a different item because they didn’t have a functioning one . When I went to return it because it’s not what my nephew likes both Macys and the company would not refund me the money. The company doesn’t take no credit for sending the wrong one regardless of sending me the letter about it with the toys. They keep saying they don’t do refunds because I did not purchase it when them and there is nothing else they can do . Macys wouldn’t take the return because it wasn’t the item I originally purchased. I ended up just losing my money instead . Don’t purchase from this company.

Item will not ship

I placed an order for this toy on Cyber Monday. I have yet to receive my package (now a few days before Christmas) and Macy's customer service is telling me that they can no longer replace this item. I went on the website and it states that it is available. After bringing this up to my customer service representative, they reaffirmed that their system does not allow this item to be reshipped. I was forced to get a refund - the cyber Monday price was 50% of what they are now selling it for. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU PLAN ON RECEIVING.
