terribly disappointing

Put this together. It took a long time. And it doesn’t work. The wheel doesn’t grasp the film well. Poor kid was so disappointed after all that work. All the other reviews say the same. Why is this sold in stores? Take it off the shelf.

Just Okay

It's fun putting it together, but once assembled, you'll only have the single film strip to churn. The smaller turnstile inside the device doesn't turn how it should, making it difficult for the projector to work consistently. To be honest, I don't think it's worth it. Waste of money.

Poor quality

The small pulley is so tight that the wheel won't turn due to the friction. I tried stretching it out, but to no avail. Needless to say my daughter is very disappointed.

Terrible Do not buy

This is a waste of money and quite a disappointment for the child who received it. We put it together and it doesn't work. Crank doesn't rotate the film and the light doesn't go on.

Okay!

It took us bit time to assemble the entire projector but it never worked/shows any pictures and my daughter is so so sad because she was very excited to make her own movie. It was her Christmas gift and she says Christmas was not good at all. I can’t even return it since it’s all assembled.

Mindbown is a good company.

Grandson loved it. Wish it had more film strips. Better would be to create own. As is, it is a one and done item
