Discovery Mindblown Bionic Hand

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Purchased this Bionic Hand DIY Hydraulic Build Kit for my grandson's birthday. He was so excited and spent a lot of time working on the assembly only to find that it was missing parts. Thus he was not able to use the hand. There is no information on how to contact the company for obtaining the missing parts. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Horrible directions, once put together lasted about 3 minutes before several parts failed.

difficult project

This is a difficult project, some parts once you get them in place they pop right back out. Not worth the agrivation.

Parts missing, some fingers do not work

I purchased 4 of this mechanical hands. One was missing the pieces for one finger, one only got 2 fingers to work, one only 1 finger worked. The last one said it had to many pieces to assemble, their are 87 pcs. Very didappointed

frustrating

Very hard to assemble, the directions are not clear enough, I even tried looking for a video online but didn’t find any. There was no help at all for the assembly of this and just frustrating to see my son waiting for hours while we tried to put it together

Missing parts

Very disappointed in this product. For the price I would have hoped the costumer service would be better. This toy was the high hopes of my sons Christmas. Purchased this while we were on the other side of the state and misplaced the receipt in our travels. When we tried to put it together after Christmas one of the finger pieces has two of the same parts, as a result, they cannot click together, when I emailed costumer service the picture of what we received, along with the product and lot numbers they stated they could not help me without a receipt. We didn’t break or damage the product, the product came with the wrong pieces so the whole hand cannot be put together. Major disappointment and complete waste of money. We will not be taking a risk on discovery toys again with the unfortunate costumer service

The young man I gifted this thought it looked really cool, as well his younger brother he'll be doing this with, and his parents LOVED it! I gave them another cool toy too.
