Worthless

I have an old dirt devil that I love so I thought this would be even better❌❌This model is absolutely worthless.The suction hardly picks up dog hair & when it does, it clogs so quickly it stops.

Poor design and not a powerful cleaner

Unless I clean it out completely within 4-5 minutes of use (used on light dust/pet hair messes on floors, for example), its performance fades fast. There are other products on the market that are far more powerful, do not need to be fully cleaned out in mere minutes after beginning use, and clean better. Do not recommend.

Previous model was much better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace previous Dirt Devil after a little plastic piece broke off. This model was the only option. Removing cannister (to empty debris) is difficult - plastic slide doesn't work well. Previous model had a rigid filter that was easy to empty. The Vibe filter is cloth, which debris clings to, so removal is unpleasant. Even cord hook is badly designed, it doesn't hold the entire length of cord! A product re-design should fix problem areas, not create new ones! This is just a poor design and I would not recommend.

Cord Broke Around Vacuum Housing

Bought about 18 months ago. Cord chaffed, then broke around vacuum housing. Also chaffed around 1st loop of wrapping cord on handle. Fixed it myself. Otherwise, much easier to use than full size vac.

Used twice and stopped working!

Would never buy this product again. I bought for my laminate floors in my tiny apartment and it stopped working after using it twice. It no longer turns on.

I would not buy again

I've been through three of these machines. I use them for quick clean up and they work great for about 6 months, then the brush stops rolling. I always clean hair out of the bristles, and make sure the dust cup and filter are clean but the brush stops working after a few months. I won't be buying another.

Good product, decent price. The handle is too short. I wish it could be adjustable to a higher level. Power suction could improve.

I would definitely buy this product again!
