Only worked good the first use

We needed a pet vacuum badly. And we are on a tight budget so this one seemed like it was decent, according to what the description gave and affordable price. It literally worked good only on the first use. Each time after that it's not performing well at all. It's very lightweight and feels cheaply made. Feels like it's going to break. The turbo tool quit working after one use, I even took the 2 little screws out and cleaned it, even though there was very little hair inside. The retractable chord doesn't work half the time, you have to constantly pull it to get it to go and even then I have to push it in. The motor is becoming increasingly loud. How could this happen after one use? There is nothing stuck inside, the brush rotates freely. And the foot lever to unlock the upright position doesn't work properly either, you stand there pressing it and having to rock it back and forth until you hear a loud snap sound, but because it's so lightweight there's nothing you can do about it. Overall, it's a cheaply designed and manufactured vacuum. The worst one I have ever bought.

Fair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not bad but not really good either. My really really old dirt devil had a lot more suction but it was a bag type. It finally just fell apart. I loved that machine and have never found a good replacement.these new bagless machines just don't have the suction that the old machines had. I really think it has a lot to do with the filters? I'll live with it.
