Not what I expected

I didn't like the color , it has an orange tone that won't go with my skin color . Color is totally different than the picture.

Bad quality control

It fell apart from the holder. The lipstick itself had separation - an oily sheen was on top of the lipstick (and when I opened it, it was not in the holder but rather stuck to the top of case). The second use did faded quickly and dramatically.

Will never order anything again! Terrible service

My order of 4 items arrived in two shipments. One shipment arrived 10 days later, and the tracking information for the other two pieces indicated that they were delivered to a different address. Still, they denied my claim. I could only chat, but it would constantly disconnect.
