Canceled option from website

I ordered and wanted to buy a different product. So tried to cancel and re order within 5 minutes but still was not able to do that because of the rules. Very bad customer experience and would prefer shopping from 3rd party websites.

Box cam opened. Fragrance box says one item production code and the perfume on the base has other code, box and product don't match.
