A mess

This isn’t like the old formula. This is a mess, difficult to remove and smears all over. Pass on it, I wasted money on it. The old formula I had difficulties with the pencil, sometimes being jagged…. But it was beautiful, not a harsh black. Lucky I still have a little left. And I put some on the other day and it was gorgeous! Not this one!!! Awful!
