Defective out of the box

The watch was not working at all out of the box. It was not turning. Customer service just offered a refund without any other option after the watch was"out of stock". Horrible experience buying from Macy's.

they deceived me. Today I received my delivery and there was nothing in the box. it was empty. I'm very angry and I hope they solve my problem
