Too Small

I ordered the 15 since it's junior wear and trey were still too small on the waist. There is NO stretch at waist so I did not want a muffin top lol . I'm 5'2, 170lbs, usually 14 bottoms, 41.5 hips and the 15 was TOO SMALL. The crop hit above my ankle as I'm short. Will sadly be returning these.
