Beautiful but

Bracelet is beautiful but only two days into wearing it it fell right off my wrist, luckily into a box and I saw it come off. I ordered this one as I felt the clasp looked better than a previous bracelet I lost but this one isn’t starting off too good

Beautiful but ...

This is my second time buying this bracelet. the first time my husband bought it for my birthday, and while at a concert it fell off. Bought another one and once again the clasp keeps opening and the bracelet falls off. I really love the bracelet. I truly hope Macy's improves the clasp.

Received as a birthday gift.

My boyfriend gifted me with this beautiful bracelet for my birthday yesterday. I love the design of the diamond in the middle and the two smaller diamonds set on either side. The S design makes gives it a modern feel to a classic piece. The clasp is sturdy and it does have a piece on the side that clamps down for extra security. So far, no issues with it falling off as other reviewers described. For diamonds of I-J quality, they are quite sparkly. It’s an elegant piece.

beautiful but poorly made

Bought this for my sister for a Christmas gift and it fell off, luckily while she was in her room. The clasp was loose and when we took it to the store all they would do is refund. They had another “new” one but the clasp was even more loose on that one! It’s such a shame because my sister LOVED the bracelet. There are so many reviews on this item and many other tennis bracelets with the same type of clasp. They’re NOT secure. Macy’s needs to recall these items and improve their quality control. Very disappointed we had to return this Christmas gift and are still looking for something to replace it. I wish Macy’s cared more about the situation.

It’s beautiful, don’t let it fall off.

Bracelet is beautiful, shiny, sparkly. Clasp is not well designed. Opens too easily. No secondary locking mechanism.

Great Bracelet - Terrible Gift Bag

I could not believe we found such an excellent diamond bracelet at such a low price. Loved it. However, the gift bag I purchased was cheap cardboard and hardly something you would give to your wife with the bracelet inside.

Very Low Quality - Returned Immediately

This is a very low quality piece of "fine jewelry". I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my Fiance. I thoguht it was odd that the sales associate at the Fine Jewelry counter where I had to pick the item up didn't even bother to open it ans show me the bracelet. Of course, before I left the store, I opened the box to examine the bracelet. What I discovered was absolute junk! This bracelet looks like it is made out of dull pot-metal chain, and I coudn't even see the "diamonds". I wasn't expecting a whole lot for the $279 sale price, but I can honestly say I purchased costume jewelry for my Mom from Kmart as a child that looked more presentable than this piece of "fine jewelry" junk from Macys. To say this retails for a full price north of $1000 is the cruelest joke I've ever been told. Shame on Macy's for peddling this garbage. I immediately turned around and went right back to the same saleswoman and returned the bracelet. As when I picked up the order, he didn't even say a word....
