Not what I expected-disappointed

Nice enough but pretty flimsy...... thought it would be heavier piece of jewelry for the price (original) glad I got it on sale (black Friday price).... would never pay full price for this flimsy piece.

Love the bracelet but quality is very poor

I purchased this beautiful bracelet in June. The second time I wore it, in October, the clasp broke completely off the bracelet. Since the return window had closed, I am now stuck with an unwearable piece of jewelry. I did a live customer service chat, and was told, return window is closed. No help available. I expect better quality and customer service from Macy's. Very disappointed.

fell apart twice

This bracelet compliments your gold watch or other bracelets . Unfortunately i returned it because the gold plating rubbed off . It’s a temporary cute , classy accessory but will fall apart !! Buyer beware .. pay for a cheap knock off . Macys was fair on giving me a replacement it 2nd fell apart too

pretty

I think it’s pretty but like others have problems opening the clasp when trying to take it off. I am happy with mine and like to pair it with other bracelets when wearing.

Not worth the price

Bought this and just in a week the top part broke, could not return or exchange as i threw my receipt. Very poor quality
