Husband has great taste!

I was overwhelmed with choice and fear when it was time to engagement ring shop. It’s a big decision and the pressure to find the right ring and good price range was causing me anxiety. I was looking at the market and the prices were intimidating I don’t usually spend big on jewelry, But for an engagement ring my husband was right that in the long run, We need to get something nice and quality. He didn’t want me to just get a costume type ring from Etsy or Walmart. He saw this ring and told me to go check it out in store. Once I saw it in person I was blown away by the vintage style and amazing sparkle of the diamonds. The rainbows beaming off the ring were something I’ve never seen before! I’m so excited to get married and that my husband lead me to the perfect ring. I feel silly for being a bit stubborn and glad I went with his judgement. The ring is perfect and so special that he picked it for me. I also got a deal on it, As they had an extra discount on an already discounted item.

Ring is pretty but issues about customer service

I love this ring. It is sparkly and good quality. The problem is the customer service or the seller itself. I ordered 2 different sizes to try out which I fit more. Unfortunately both didnt fit well. So I wanted to switch size. I bought it while it was on promotion and it's only a day or two and promotion ended but I was promised the same price and was told to reorder again. So I did. It never happened. I reached out twice. The first agent did not put thro the ticket. The second agent promised me that he or she will do. Now in new year, I still do not receive the price adjustment yet. The is the difference around 240$. You dont have to promise if you cannot do. But if u say so, I want it to be done. Whether it is the actual or promotion price or whether it's worth it or not, I will decide. I was promised that the price will be adjusted and I just want difference in return. The ring is perfect.

customer service

The quality, sparkle, and design are everything I hoped for—it's truly a stunning piece that I can't stop admiring. The ring is just perfect, and I'm so happy with my choice. However, I have to mention my disappointment with the customer service during my visit. When I was in the store, the sales associate seemed uninterested and distant. I had several questions about the purchase and the ring's features, but the associate didn't seem eager to assist me. I also struggled to open the box to check the size of the ring, and despite him being right there, he didn't offer any help or even acknowledge that I was having difficulty. It felt as though I was being ignored, which was frustrating and made the overall shopping experience much less enjoyable. While the ring itself is fantastic, the customer service at this store left a lot to be desired. I hope the staff can improve their attentiveness and customer engagement to match the quality of the products they offer.
