Love it!

I bought this tennis necklace in store. Love it! Adds a lot of sparkle and sophistication to a simple outfit. Natural diamonds and 14k white gold. It has a bit of an illusion setting - so the diamonds look a bit bigger than it is which is great. I want sparkle but I don't want to look like a rapper. I waited until there was a sale to purchase. I also purchased the Worry No More in case I ever need to replace, fix or clean this. I love my necklace!

I also ordered this necklace and although the packaged arrived, the jewelry box was empty. My ordered was delivered 4-16-24 and there has yet to be a solution as Macys has refused to refund/reshipped item. I see a review below is currently facing the same issue. If you order this item, please pick up at the store. As macys customer service is horrible in handling these type of serious matters. Buyers be aware!!!!!

Never received item

I never received the item. The package was delivered and the item was not it the box? Called immediately and spoke with customer service two times and was told I would receive a follow up. It’s been four (4) days now and no one has contacted me? I still want the item, but as of now, I haven’t heard anything.

Nice but packaging sloppy

Arrived unsecured and tangled in a box for a bracelet. Customer service wouldn’t send me a necklace box unless I agreed to send whole thing back.

Best piece of jewelry I have

I wear my tennis necklace every day I don’t take it off. I figure I spend a lot for it so I go to the gym, swim and sleep in it. I’m obsessed with my necklace. very happy it paid off and I enjoy it even more. Get a normal amount of compliments. it’s a keeper.

LOVE

Only worn it once and no complaints so far sits at a perfect length and looks really classy. I wore it dressed down but definitely could be worn dressed up as well. 9k is a bit overpriced so Im glad I purchased it while it was on sale. Overall Iam very pleased with my purchase and maybe one day I’ll get another one to layer it.

Not sure about the quality

Necklace looks ok. I am having doubts whether it is the right product, it is not as shiny, the clasp is white for the Yellow gold necklace and the necklace itself was packed in a small bracelet box as if a cheap fashion jewelry. Did Macy's send a wrong item or just got rid of a low value defective product?
