Check the clasp BEFORE YOU REMOVE THE TAGS

Received this as a lovely gift and the bracelet is very pretty. Unfortunately the clasp was broken when I received it. Macy's sent it out for repair, which took nearly three months. I was able to wear it for a week before the clasp broke again. I'm afraid to wear it now. I will take it back and try again but so far this has been disappointing and time consuming. If you do buy it, check the clasp before you take the tags off so you won't be stuck with a defective bracelet that you can't wear.

Clasp broke immediately

Do not purchase. The clasp broke immediately. It feels like it is made out of plastic, or better yet aluminum foil. Spend your money elsewhere.

Bracelet replaced

I received an used and dirty bracelet. It came with the original packaging but it lacked the price tag. There was brown spots and scratches on the metal. It was quite upsetting that this big business would send something like that to me. I did get a brand new replacement with the original packaging and the price tag attached so the one star is deserved.

My wife wore this bracelet one time and the clasp is now broken and useless. Maybe a total of 2 hours of wear.
