Disappointed

I loved the look of this ring but was so disappointed when one of the diamonds fell out recently despite my extreme care when wearing it. I’m hoping Macys will reach out to me to resolve this.

Beautiful but a stone fell out

Really really pretty rain and was very happy that I purchased it. However, after wearing it just a few times one of the stones fell out.

Poor quality control

Stones constantly falling out. Replaced for new ring 3 times, all had the same issue within the first month.
