I wanted to love but

Maybe I got a defective item, it looked crooked and asymmetrical. Maybe there are three rows of diamonds, but they don’t make an impression when it looks like they will fall out any minute. Unfortunately, returned.

Terrible experience with Macy's

I placed this order with Macy's on July 17. After tracking my package, the delivery date was July 23. Never got it! I have yet to be able fine out why it was never delivered. It's been sitting in New Stanton since July 22nd. I have been calling customer service, I have filed a claim and all this time never being able to talk to a human. So, you see I can't give a review without receiving my order! PLUS, the amount has been added to my Macy's charge account. I hope this gets resolved. Please help
