Switch a roo

The earrings that I received are not the ones in the picture. I would give a zero if I could. I received an email saying these were on back order and when I reviewed them they were not the earrings in this picture, This is dishonest business.

Customer was no help,language barrier,on phone for 1 hour and 48 minutes trying yo find why I was charged an no refund issued,poor customer service i feel as if I was scamed,refuse to let me spk with a manger,reporting to BBB I though Macy's was an upstanding company
