The necklace was very pretty and my mom loved it. 2nd time I have ordered fine jewelry from you and it has come in a plastic bag. It was also in a box made for shoes so it just was thrown around until it came to me. The chain was in a knot. Again, the product was beautiful…delivery, not so much.
