Already lost one !!!

Missing item

I never received item. I waited for update for weeks and they sent a message saying that it had been delivered but I never received it in my post office box. I will follow up with the post office to see if they can tell me what happened to my package. I can’t write a review on something I never received. I am so very disappointed!

Never Received

I had ordered this off the app, this has been going back and forth between distribution centers and I never received, how Macy’s could say it got delivered to me is beyond me. Never received a refund or notified about anything
