Not worth the money

Before Christmas 2024, I went to the store to look for a bracelet which fit my small wrist. I bought this bracelet as it had the adjustable length which helped to fit my wrist. When I got home, I read the one star review because it broke easily. I came back to Macys store to buy the warranty for the bracelet. Sure enough, two weeks later, the bracelet broke. I came back to drop off the bracelet to be fixed. It took 3 weeks for Macys to fix the bracelet. After it was fixed, I wore it, and it broke the second time in less than 3 weeks! When I came back the second time to have it fixed, Macys associate was very rude to me. She questioned how I wore the bracelet. I showed the 3 carat bracelet which I was wearing and told her I wore like this. The 3 carat bracet I bought more than 2 decades ago, and nothing happened to it yet while this 1/2 carat already broke twice in less than 2 months since I bought it. I am very disappointed with this purchase, and the way Macys treat customer.

very cheap chain

The chain broke within 2 weeks. It’s very cheap and not repairable
