Loved it but it broke easily

I absolutely loved this necklace and wish I still had it. unfortunately I wore it out to a concert and it broke on me. By the time I realized It had broken off my neck I had left the concert venue & never saw it again. I felt the chain was too dainty for the pendant. Other than that I truly loved this necklace.

Why was it at this price and not at the discount

It was supposed to be at the discounted price and then it changed price?? What the heck happen??? I am very unhappy!!!

Pretty

This locket is so pretty and the little diamond really sparkes nicely. I had been looking for a locket for a while and wanted something big enough to be able to see the pictures inside. I’m very happy with it and also glad I caught it on sale.

chain broke just after 30 days

Nice locket. Gave it as a gift. Recipient loved it. Chain broke just after 30 days. Asked Macys to replace the chain. Answer: NO since it’s been more than 30 days. This isn’t costume jewelry. It shouldn’t break almost immediately. If the chain was not strong enough to support the weight of the locket they shouldn’t have been sold together. VERY embarrassing to give an expensive gift that breaks immediately. NERVE dealing with Macys again
