Clasp not secure

Christmas gift for my Sister; who loved the bracelet. Only problem is the clasp does not hold and bracelet falls off everytime. I’m so disappointed as is she. Bracelet is all the description says but will not stay on wrist! Can’t refer to anyone at this time. Will have to return. The flat end will not stay in.

Dissapointed

I have had this bracelet twice before and they both fell off my wrist, because I love it so much I said it’s on sale this will be the last time I purchase it, well I received it today and it is definitely not the same quality as before for some reason they changed the entire appearance of this bracelet it did have tiny stones and sparkled ,very pretty this one is just a hunk of metal shame on whomever changed this item I hope no one buys it anymore I will be returning it .’

This is terrible. No shimmer at all. Looks like cheap metal with no stones at all. Returning!!
