Lack of service for missing item!

Never received them! So disappointed in Macy's service or lack of!! These are not cheap, I even paid extra for shipping so I would be able to track them. Macy's shows they printed the label for UPS, UPS says the earrings are missing or lost! That was a week ago and I can get no one to either refund my money or send out a duplicate pair. Shame on you Macy's. Hard to get a live person, then I am pretty sure the person was outsourced as I did not understand what she told me. You can't get a live chat, buyer beware. Things have changed at Macy;s and after over 50 years of being a customer, it might be time to reconsider.

Scam! Do Not Purchase!

Regrettably, the item was never received despite being a dedicated Platinum customer. No refund or replacement was provided by Macy's. This situation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business practices.

Elegant, everyday use

I found these huggies online and couldn’t decide between this item and 2 more; primarily because Macys does not provide exact dimensions. I noticed the reviews online have made note of how small these huggies are; the solution is for Macys to dedicate a little more time in providing the exact measurements of their fine jewelry products… this was also a reason that got me to go physically to the store… when I saw my 3 wish list earrings (all extremely similar), I did fell in love with this beautiful piece… the lights at Macys do enhance the brightness of the diamonds, hence my 4 star review vs the planned 5 star… after my everyday use, I noticed the diamonds to be rather dull… after further inspection, I barely came to realize that the 14K gold base is solid behind the diamonds, which does not allow for the light to pierce thru, hence does not make these diamonds shine to a brighter potential. I am still very happy with them. I got them at the Macys “One Day Sale” at a comfortable price

these earrings are so small I think only an infant could were them. very disappointed. I returned them.

The earrings are beautiful. The post is too short for adult ears. I had to return them.
